We’re Hiring – Customer Engagement Executive (Broadband Process)

Company: Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida Sector 63

Salary:
In-hand: ₹11,000 | CTC: ₹12,908

Shift Timing:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers regarding broadband services
• Inform customers about available Wi-Fi plans & upgrade options
• Explain plan benefits in a simple and convincing way
• Assist customers with queries and guide them through the process
• Help customers complete service upgrades smoothly
