We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Inbound Customer Service Advisor. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving banking-related queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally
• Resolve queries related to banking services, transactions, and accounts
• Provide accurate information and customer support
• Maintain records and update CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:
