Job Description

Responsible to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of past due invoices and resolution of disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in customer service (preferably in collections), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive results. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices and reduce aging balances. Engage with customers via phone and email to follow up on past due payments, resolve queries, and maintain positive relationships. Collaborate with internal teams including Billing, Sales, Tax, and AR to investigate and resolve customer disputes efficiently. Prepare and maintain reports using accounting systems to track collection performance, dispute status, and aging analysis. Key Competencies & Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation, preferably with collections experience Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (preferably SAP) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years relevant experience for entry to this level Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job Agilent Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
