Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calls professionally (inbound/outbound)

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates (Freshers can apply)
Non-Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Proficiency in any ONE regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)
