Role Overview:
Join Shaadi.com as a VIP Consultant and support HNI members with a premium, personalised matchmaking experience.

Details:

• Employment: Full-time, Office

• Salary: 3.12 LPA (₹18,000–₹22,000 take-home)

• Qualification: 12th / Any Degree

• Age: 22–37

• Shifts:

  • 2 rotational weekday offs (Mon–Fri)

  • Females: 10 AM – 7 PM

  • Males: 12 PM – 9 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VIP Shaadi members post-sale.

• Understand preferences and help find suitable matches.

• Call and connect with prospects on behalf of members.

• Arrange meetings with mutual consent.

• Drive timely renewals & maintain strong engagement.

• Provide guidance, counselling, and top-tier service.

• Handle escalations and maintain detailed documentation.

• Respect cultural preferences and ensure a premium experience.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in customer service / client servicing / relationship management.

• Strong communication: English + Tamil / Tamil + Telugu / Tamil + Malayalam.

• High empathy, patience, attention to detail & relationship-handling skills.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
