Key Responsibilities (Based on Role):

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls for sales, retention, insurance, or customer support.

  • Persuade or assist customers with queries, renewals, collections, or complaints.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for sales or call quality.

  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM.

  • Follow compliance guidelines and quality benchmarks.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Age Limit: 18 to 34 years

  • Gender: Male & Female candidates eligible

  • Experience:

    • Freshers welcome

    • 6+ months experience preferred in Sales, Customer Service, or Insurance

  • Languages:

    • English: Average to Good communication required

    • Gujarati: Required for LG Inbound Process

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge necessary for CRM handling


Job Details:

๐Ÿ’ผ Shift Timings (Rotational Day Shifts):

  • 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

  • 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

  • 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

  • (SBI Process Only): 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • (BAGIC Process): 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

๐Ÿ“… Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Weekly Off: Rotational / Fixed Sunday off (based on process)


Salary Structure (In-hand):

  • โ‚น13,000/- to โ‚น18,000/- per month

  • Process-wise:

    • Airtel Retention: โ‚น14,750/-

    • BAGIC: โ‚น16,000/-

    • SBI Insurance: โ‚น13,000/- (Fresher), โ‚น16,000/- (Experienced)

    • IDFC Collection: Up to โ‚น13,000/-

    • Tata CFAB / LG / OneAssist: โ‚น16,000/- to โ‚น18,000/- (Lingual roles)
