Process Details:- Outbound lead generation sales Process (for all banking products such as PL, HL, IPG, CC, CVM, RA).

1)Digital Officer

2)Virtual Relationship Officer

Location:- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Work Timings:- Fixed Day Shift 9:30am till 6:30pm.

Rotational Week Offs:-

Sunday Fixed off with 2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday week offs (Total: 6 week offs in a month).

Languages Required:- Average to Good Communication in English (compulsory).

Eligibility Criteria:- Graduate Fresher or any Graduate minimum 6 months of BPO Experience.

Graduate Fresher:- 14,500 In-hand with 17,500 CTC plus Floor Incentives.

Graduate Experience:- 17,500 In-hand with 22,000 CTC plus Floor Incentives.

Age Criteria:- 18 to 35 Years

3 Rounds of Interview:-

Hr, Client Round &, AMCAT Test (passing 44 out of 100 Marks),

•Interview Timing:- 10AM till 5.30PM (Monday till Saturday).

•Transportation:- = No Pickup & Drop.

•Looking for immediate joiner candidate only.

•Ask candidates to carry original Aadhar card.

•Dress Code:- Formals
