Handle inbound/outbound calls or walk-in customers

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans

Generate leads and close sales

Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance

Follow up with customers for renewals and payments

Resolve basic customer queries related to policies

Maintain customer data in CRM/system

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships
