Job Profile-
Have to resolve customers query Voice Call
Mandatory Criteria-
Minimum HS
Both fresher & experienced can apply
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Bengali without major MTI for Voice process
Customer Orientation.
Rotational Shift ( except females ) , 9 hours of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
6 Days working 1 days rotational week off
Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
