Process : (International Voice process)
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from international customers.
Provide accurate information about telecom products, services, plans, offers, and account details.
2. Issue Resolution :
Address complaints related to billing disputes, incorrect charges, or account-related concerns.
3. Sales & Retention :
Promote additional services, upgrades, and special offers through upselling and cross-selling.
4. Process Adherence:
Follow company scripts, communication guidelines, and compliance rules (especially for international calls).
5.Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain logs of customer complaints, queries, and feedback.
