Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist who is fluent in Tamil and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Sales or BPO (6–24 months) and will be responsible for providing excellent client support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client interactions and provide excellent customer service.

Resolve customer queries and issues promptly.

Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.

Experience: 3–24 months in Sales or BPO.

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Languages: Fluency in Tamil + English (mandatory).

Work Mode: Work from Office (Hyderabad – Khajaguda).
