Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for Voice Process roles in our dynamic BPO team. Candidates will work in Lead Generation, Sales, or Customer Service depending on skill set and process requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively.

• Provide accurate information related to products/services.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for sales or lead generation.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred.

• Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

• Comfortable with voice-based customer interaction.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
