Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Airoli

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to handle customer interactions and provide high-quality support. The role involves assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) mandatory
