Job Summary:
A Customer Service Executive serves as the first point of contact between a company and its customers. Their primary responsibility is to provide support, answer queries, resolve complaints,
and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and internal procedures.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
