Location : Thane & Malad, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive in the Citi Bank process within the BFSI domain, your role will be to deliver outstanding service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to various banking and financial services. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for Citi Bank customers, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all inquiries are managed efficiently.

Customer Support & Queries:

Handle inbound customer calls and address queries related to Citi Bank’s products, services, and accounts.
Provide assistance with banking transactions, balance inquiries, credit card queries, loan processing, and other financial services.

Issue Resolution:

  1. Resolve customer complaints and concerns regarding their accounts, transactions, and services promptly and professionally.

  2. Offer appropriate solutions and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams or relevant departments when needed.

Transaction & Service Assistance:

  1. Assist customers with account management, including queries on deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and credit card issues.

  2. Guide customers on using Citi Bank’s online banking tools and mobile apps for managing their accounts and services.


Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate freshers in any discipline.
Experience: HSC Minimum 18 months of experience in an International Voice Process (preferably in BFSI or customer support).
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
Customer-Oriented: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of banking systems and CRM tools; familiarity with digital banking platforms is a plus.
