We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our retail marketing team as a Client Servicing Executive. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in managing client relationships, executing retail marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day coordination with retail clients and internal teams (design, production, operations).

• Understand client requirements related to in-store branding, visual merchandising, activations, or point-of-sale marketing.

• Track and manage execution of marketing campaigns across retail locations.

• Prepare and maintain status reports, campaign timelines, and delivery trackers.

• Attend client meetings (physical or virtual), document minutes, and follow up on tasks.

• Support the team in delivering high-quality marketing materials within deadlines.

• Gather feedback from clients and assist in resolving queries or concerns promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of retail marketing, brand activations, or visual merchandising (preferred but not mandatory).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
