What You’ll Do
● Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
● Provide accurate information and resolve queries.
● Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening & problem-solving.
● Work closely with HR, Ops, and Client teams for smooth operations.

● Education: HSC with Min. 6 Months Experience OR Graduate Freshers.
● Communication: Good to Excellent

Salary & Benefits
● General Candidates: ₹16,500 in-hand
● Lingual Candidates: ₹18,000 in-hand
● 6 Days Working | Rotational Week-off
