We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the Traya Voice Process. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver a high-quality service experience in a structured and performance-driven environment.

Salary :
Freshers: ₹18,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month
Language Requirements :
Hindi & English (Mandatory)
Any ONE regional language: Kannada / Tamil / Telugu
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
Follow quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Achieve daily productivity and performance targets (KPIs)
Eligibility Criteria :
Graduates (Freshers can apply)
Non-Graduates with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English
Proficiency in at least one regional language
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru)
