Customer Service Representative (Experienced)

Location: Urmi Corporate Park, Powai, Mumbai

Role : Customer Service Representative

Eligibility : Minimum HSC + Relevant Experience

Salary : ₹18,000 to ₹26,000 (In-hand)

Note : Salary depends on years of experience & last drawn

Work Days : 6 days (1 fixed week off between Monday to Sunday)

Timings :

Males : Fixed afternoon shift ( 1 PM–10 PM or 2 PM–11 PM )

Females : Fixed afternoon shift 12 PM–9 PM

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries via calls, email, WhatsApp

Share product info, assist with orders, resolve issues

Provide accurate, complete, and professional support

Ensure customer satisfaction & handle escalations.
