💼 Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to manage voice-based interactions for the Traya process and deliver excellent customer support.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Address customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
• Accurately document call details and follow-ups

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• PUC (with Minimum 1 year experience in CSE

• Any Graduate (Freshers can apply)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer proficiency

• Work from Office

💰 Compensation:
