Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Process)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to manage inbound customer queries. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. No sales, marketing, or business development is involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle pure inbound calls from customers with professionalism and clarity
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
Maintain records of interactions and update the system accordingly
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow communication guidelines and processes consistently
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Prior experience in customer support preferred but not mandatory
Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive .
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in shifts 9:00 am to 6:00 Pm
