Customer Care Representative

Responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.

· Relationship building, politely greet, direct and assist customers. Identifying opportunities to upsale the services.

. Handling the customer calls both Inbound and Out Bound

. Timely feedback from the customers, resolve patient grievances.

. Ensuring excellent customer service, satisfaction and retention

· Satisfying the customer up to the last extent and answering all his/her questions as per the Process flow
