RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote and sell products/services to customers when required.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support or Sales (must be verifiable with official employment documents).
- Experience must be supported by valid documents, such as:
  - Experience letter
  - Offer/Appointment letter
  - Relieving letter
  - Salary slips or bank statements (if required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs.
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience in Customer Support or Sales.
- Must possess all relevant employment documents for verification.
- Immediate joiners are preferred (if applicable).
