WE ARE HIRING – Customer support executive [voice blended process- regulated sector]•

📌 Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years relevant Experience into [voice and /or email - fintech , BFSI,insurance , telecom]

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and compliance awareness skills.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls along with email support.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure timely closure.

• Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI, TRAI, etc )

💰 ₹40000ctc -45,000 ctc Salary [ based on the last take home salary]

6days working - Sunday fixed off
