Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Promoter to actively engage customers, promote products, and increase brand awareness at the store or event location. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, good at communication, and comfortable interacting with different types of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products to walk-in customers.

• Engage with customers, explain features and benefits, and answer queries.

• Increase product visibility and drive sales at the store or event.

• Maintain product displays, ensure proper product placement, and restock when needed.

• Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team.

• Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism while dealing with customers.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales and engagement targets.

• Support in-store marketing activities and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience as a promoter, brand promoter, or sales executive.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.

• Ability to engage customers and promote products effectively.

• Basic knowledge of retail or consumer electronics (optional as per role).

• Ability to stand for long hours and work in fast-paced environments.
