📌 Job Overview

VG Workwear, a garments manufacturing company, is looking for confident, enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Sales & Customer Relationship Executive (Inside Sales) at its Kolkata office.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling existing customers, generating new business opportunities and promoting the company's uniform and workwear products across India through phone calls and emails.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have good communication skills and an interest in telesales, inside sales and customer relationship management.

💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Retention & Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.

- Follow up with customers regarding their requirements, orders and enquiries.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.

2. New Customer Acquisition – Pan India

- Contact potential customers across India through outbound phone calls.

- Introduce and promote the company's uniform and workwear products.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

- Explain product features, pricing and other relevant details to prospective customers.

- Convert potential enquiries into confirmed business opportunities.

3. Inside Sales & Customer Support

- Understand customer requirements through phone calls and emails.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate product information.

- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer service.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

🎓 Eligibility & Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.

- Strong telephone conversation, presentation and convincing abilities.

- Confidence in pitching products and converting prospective customers.

- Basic computer knowledge and email-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.

- Prior experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling or Customer Support will be preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.

💰 Salary & Compensation

- Fixed Basic Salary: ₹14,000 per month.

- Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive sales incentives.

- Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 (including incentives, depending on performance).
