Job Description – Escalation Desk Executive
Location: Silk Board, Bengaluru
Department: Customer Support / Escalation Desk
Salary: Up to ₹39,000 per month + CTC (as per experience and company norms)
Shift: 8am -8 pm ( 9-hour shift )
Week Off: 6days working ,1 Rotational off
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex customer queries.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to address concerns.
• Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of escalations, customer interactions, and resolutions.
• Follow escalation management procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve service quality.
• Meet performance targets related to resolution time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Prior experience in an Escalation Desk or escalation management role is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
