Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Voice & Email Process)

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Experience: Freshers / 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home + CTC
Language: Excellent English is mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice and email channels, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and service requests through voice and email.
Provide accurate and professional responses to customer concerns.
Assist customers with account, product, or service-related queries.
Use CRM and support tools to record and manage customer interactions.
Follow up on pending and unresolved customer issues.
Handle escalation calls and ensure appropriate resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Maintain customer confidentiality and data integrity.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Provide feedback to management for improving customer service processes.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with accuracy.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
Previous experience in a voice/email customer support process is preferred.

Shift Timings

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
