Frontline Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Service Associates with good communication skills to join our Frontline Customer Service team. The role involves handling customer interactions, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidates who are comfortable with night shifts or prefer night-shift opportunities are encouraged to apply. Night shifts will be offered on a roster basis and will be Work From Home during the assigned night-shift period.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally and provide appropriate assistance.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

• Follow defined processes, guidelines, and service standards.

• Accurately capture and update customer information in the system.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain productivity, quality, and adherence to assigned schedules.

• Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call centre, or related roles preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Candidates should be open to working from office as per the regular shift roster.

• Candidates interested in night shifts / WFH night shifts are particularly encouraged to apply.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.

• Candidates pursuing studies or having other daytime commitments and specifically looking for night-shift WFH opportunities may also be considered.

Shift & Work Arrangement

Day/Regular Shifts: Work From Office as per business requirement

Night Shift: Work From Home

• Night shifts will be assigned on a roster basis.

• Expected night-shift allocation may be approximately 1 week in 2 months, depending on business requirements.

• Candidates who prefer night shifts can also be considered for a higher frequency of night-shift allocation, subject to business requirements.

• Night Shift Allowance: Applicable

Additional night-shift allowance will be applicable as per the company's policy.
