Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

• Provide accurate information about products/services.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.

• Follow company processes and quality standards.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

• Achieve assigned customer-service and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English; Gujarati communication is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
