Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-oriented International Chat Support Executive to assist US-based clients via real-time text messaging. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle real-time chat queries from US customers with clarity, speed, and accuracy.
Manage multi-chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality response standards.
Troubleshoot product, service, or process-related issues efficiently.
Log and document customer interactions in CRM tools.
Escalate complex or unresolved queries to higher-level support teams when required.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: HSC (12th Pass) or above / Any Graduate can apply.
Language Skills: Excellent written and fluent English communication (US culture/slang understanding is a plus).
Technical Skills: Good typing speed (30+ WPM preferred) and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under fast-paced situations.
Freshers with excellent English and typing skills are welcome to apply.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: Night Shift / US Rotational Shift.
Working Days: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Offs.
Salary: Best in Industry + Performance Incentives.
