Job Title: Service Executive – Customer Support
Location: Thane HO
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Executive who has relevant experience in healthcare field to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Create weekly dashboard for customer complaint issues and resolution.Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Minimum qualification: graduation in any healthcare domain (preferred).
Language proficiency: Good English communication and technically sound
Work Schedule:
e.g., Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
