Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients based on leads provided.

• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries or concerns efficiently.

• Explain products/services and generate interest or conversions.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, or customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with team members and report to the team leader or manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Good communication Skills.

• Ability to work in night shifts regularly.

• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
