Manage and guide the customer support team.
Handle escalated customer complaints or complex queries.
Monitor performance metrics and improve support processes.
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and sales teams for seamless communication.
Implement customer service policies and procedures.
Maintain CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Train and develop team members for better performance.
Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
