Luv Digital Media is hiring a Customer Care & Marketing Manager who can handle customer communication, order coordination, and basic marketing support.
This role requires discipline, honesty, long working hours, and the ability to manage repetitive customer interactions daily.
This is not a call-center role. It involves structured customer handling, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or ticket system
Provide clear updates on order status, delays, and service issues
Resolve basic customer complaints professionally
Maintain customer records and follow SOPs
Ensure timely responses and proper follow-ups
Assist in promotional messaging and customer communication
Share offers, updates, and service information to users
Coordinate with internal team for campaigns and announcements
Help in customer retention and repeat orders
Work From Home (office visit if required)
6 days/week
8–10 hours of active working time daily (breaks excluded)
30 min lunch + 30 min evening break
Sunday off (extra pay if worked)
No extra leaves
Fast and professional customer response
Ability to manage high chat volume daily
Zero fake reporting or time-passing
Customer satisfaction and task completion are key metrics
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Laptop & stable WiFi mandatory
Good Hindi communication
Basic English reading & typing required
Must be honest, patient, and a fast learner
Must be comfortable handling repetitive customer conversations
Initial salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000
Post performance review: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + incentives
