Job Title: BPO Executive / Customer Support Executive
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Location: Gachibowli , Hyderabad
Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly call quality and productivity targets
Follow company policies and communication guidelines
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills (English & local language)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Fresher-friendly (training will be provided)
