Selected candidates will handle both voice and email support for US-based banking customers. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolve banking and account-related queries
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex cases when required
Salary Structure:
• Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC | ₹26,000 In-Hand
• Experienced: Up to ₹37,500 CTC | ₹33,000 In-Hand
• Incentives: Up to ₹8,000
• Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹41,000
Eligibility:
• Graduate candidates can apply (Freshers welcome)
• Undergraduates must have minimum 6 months experience in UK/US Banking process
• Excellent English communication skills mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge required
