Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller / Service Coordinator to manage customer calls, service follow-ups, and technician scheduling for our AC service business. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with customers and technicians.
Responsibilities
• Call customers for AC service follow-up and feedback
• Schedule and confirm technician appointments
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with technicians regarding daily service visits
• Maintain customer records and update service status
• Send reminders and updates through calls and WhatsApp
• Ensure timely closure of service requests
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and computer operations
• Ability to handle customer conversations politely
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Experience in customer service or telecalling preferred
• Experience in AC/appliance service industry is a plus
Working Hours
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (adjustable as per company requirements)
