About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Customer Support Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who have a good command of English and are comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat (as assigned).

• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times.

Shift Details (Rotational):

• 7:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• 8:00 PM – 12:30 AM

• 9:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Login Hours: 4.5 hours per shift
