WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SALES EXECUTIVES

Location: Kolkata

Work Mode: Work From Office

Age Limit: 18–32 Years

1. SALES EXECUTIVE – VOICE PROCESS

Salary: ₹16,000 In-hand

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 3–6 Months of Sales Experience Preferred

Freshers: Can Apply with Good Communication and Convincing Skills

Requirements:

• Good communication in Hindi and English.

• Strong convincing and sales skills.

• Ability to handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and understand customer needs.

• Explain products and services to customers.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records.

2. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – BLENDED PROCESS

Salary: ₹20,000 CTC

Shift: Flexible and Rotational

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Customer Support

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.

• Good speaking, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice and chat.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Provide accurate information and quality support.

• Follow process guidelines and company policies.

3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – VOICE PROCESS

Salary: ₹15,000 CTC

Shift: Flexible and Rotational

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.

• Good speaking, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries over calls.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Provide accurate information and customer support.

• Maintain service quality standards.

4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – BLENDED PROCESS

Salary: ₹17,000 CTC

Shift: Flexible and Rotational

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.

• Good speaking, reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice and chat.

• Resolve customer concerns with empathy.

• Provide accurate information and quality service.
