As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with queries, complaints, and feedback. Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
