Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative with sales skills. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers while also identifying sales opportunities to drive revenue. You will be the face of the company, offering solutions to customer inquiries and assisting in promoting and selling products  when appropriate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

 

•Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

•Troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products  to answer customer queries accurately.

•Handle complaints or escalations and work towards swift resolutions.

•Ensure a positive customer experience through active listening and empathy.

2. Sales Skills:

•Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions.

•Maintain a strong understanding of the product offerings to effectively recommend solutions.

•Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from support to sales.

3. Collaboration:

•Collaborate with your team to ensure customers are satisfied and their needs are met.

•Provide feedback on customer concerns, trends, and potential improvements to the product.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in customer support or customer service roles.

2. Basic sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques.

3. Good  communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.

7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
