We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Manager to join our team at Smart Realty to oversee property sales, leasing, and client management. The candidate will be responsible for handling residential/commercial property deals, managing site visits, and closing transactions efficiently.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for property sales and rentals

Handle client inquiries and conduct property site visits

Negotiate deals and close sales

Maintain client database and follow-ups

Coordinate with property owners and developers

Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance

Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements:

Graduate in any stream

1+ years of experience in real estate sales or property management

Good communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of local property market

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
