PFB THE DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILES:

v  Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) as it is a Fronted Process where    team members would interact directly with member.

v  Good typing skills of minimum 30 wpm with a minimum accuracy of 90%

v  Preferably from English Medium Education background

v  Good English Comprehension Skills

v  Good Analytical and Multitasking Skill

v   Basic computer knowledge required but should be proficient in keyboard typing skills.

v   Good knowledge of Business Writing Skills required.

v   Customer Service Oriented attitude with focus on soft skills

v   Should not be enrolled in any Full Time Educational Course

v   Comfortable with only WFO

v   Comfortable with only Night Shifts or as per Business Requirements

v   Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19

v  Outstation candidates & out of transport boundary candidates need to relocate within the Wipro Transport Boundary area

v  Should Have aadhar and pan card original.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Graduate/HSC Fresher with Excellent communication skills.

•Qualified in Technical Degrees (Btech, Diploma in technical qualification, B.ed, MBA, BCA, MCA, Mtech, Ba LLB and any niche qualification) are not eligible.

•Any BPO Experience with complete documents available will be added advantage.

 •Full time Students – Not Eligible

 •Self-Travelling & out of boundary – Not Eligible

 •Should be double vaccinated

 •Should be comfortable with Work from Office

   Voice Grad/U grad (Fresher)

SALARY FOR UHG VOICE PROCESS:

CTC: 300000

Monthly CTC: 25000

Monthly Inhand: 19500 to 20000

Night Shift Allowance:  UPTO 3000

Incentive:  UPTO  3000
