·            Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal &Written)as it is a Frontend Process where team members would interact directly with member.

·            Good typing skills of minimum 30wpm with a minimum accuracy of 90%

·            Good English Comprehension Skills

·            Good Analytical and Multitasking Skills

·            Basic computer knowledge required but should be proficient in key board typing skills.

·            Customer Service Oriented attitude with focus on soft skills

·            Should not be enrolled in any Full Time Educational Course

·            Comfortable with only WFO

·            Comfortable with only Night Shifts or as per Business Requirements

·            Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19

·            Outstation candidates & out of transport boundary candidates need to relocate within the Wipro Transport Boundary area

·            Should Have Aadhar and pan card original.

Required Skills:

•  Graduate/ HSC Fresher with Excellent communication skills.

•Qualified in Technical Degrees (Btech, Diploma in technical qualification, B.ed, MBA ,BCA, MCA, Mtech, Ba LLB)are not eligible.

•Any BPO Experience with complete documents available will be added advantage.

•  Fix Night Shift–Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

•Fulltime Students–Not Eligible

•Self-Travelling & out of boundary–Not Eligible

•Should be double vaccinated

•Should be comfortable with Work from Office

Salary for the Process:

1.9 LPA

15000Monthly CTC

12000 to 12500 BESIC INHAND)/MONTH

3000 NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE/MONTH
