VR Solution is hiring Customer Support Executives for a blended process involving both voice and non-voice interactions. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in customer service.
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat
Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customers
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers
Manage time effectively and work independently to meet performance targets
Minimum qualification: HSC Pass
0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
