Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and promoting company products/services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaQualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Age: 18–30 years

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

or English with any regional languuages.

Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions

Prior customer service or sales experience preferred (not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Provide product/service information and resolve customer queries

Identify customer needs and support sales conversions

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Achieve assigned sales targets
