Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. Candidates must have completed 12th pass, be 18–30 years old, and possess good communication skills in English and Hindi. Freshers are welcome, while prior customer service or sales experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
