Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Voice & Sales Process team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Address customer queries and provide accurate product/service information.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Promote products and services to drive sales and conversions.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales, Telecalling, or BPO processes.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply).

• Age: 18–30 Years.

• Languages: English and Hindi.
