Job Description:

Archishtech Solutions is hiring Telecaller & Customer Service Executives to support insurance medical processes. The role involves coordinating medical checkups for customers applying for health or life insurance. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, explaining procedures, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, diagnostic centers, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to schedule medical checkups.

Explain appointment process, documents, and requirements clearly.

Coordinate with diagnostic centers and healthcare partners.

Handle rescheduling requests and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

Send reminders to reduce no-shows and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with good coordination abilities.

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 CTC
